Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: Items typically ship out within 1-4 business days. When noted some items may be drop shipped directly from the company and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Depending on the location, size and weight of your item, shipping price is subject to change. If you choose local pickup and decide you would like your item shipped, you will be invoiced for standard cost of shipping. If you receive a damaged item or your packages were lost in shipping you must: Keep item in original packaging. Send detailed pictures of all damaged items and their original packaging, including inside packing materials to Wesley@4Roomsgreenville.com You must then file a claim with USPS and send us your claim number or you may ship the items back at your cost for us to file the claim. Please note that all of our packages are insured through USPS.

Pick-up Policy: Items must be picked up within 30 days from fulfillment. If not picked up within 30 days, it will be returned to inventory and no refund will be available. All packages must be checked before you leave the store for damaged or incorrect items. We are not responsible for any damage after your item leaves the store.
